Cancel your contract
You can terminate your Nylo subscription here without signing in, as required by §312k BGB. You can also use this page to declare withdrawal from the contract under your statutory right of withdrawal.
Other ways to cancel
If you are signed in, you can also cancel from the Billing page, or through the Stripe customer portal linked there. Both routes have the same legal effect as this form.
You may also declare termination or withdrawal in any other unambiguous form, for example by emailing info@finnfreeman.com.
What happens next
Your declaration takes effect when you submit it. We will confirm its content, the date we received it, and the date your contract ends, on a durable medium.
An ordinary termination of a paid subscription stops the next renewal and leaves access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. Terminating during a trial ends access immediately. A valid withdrawal unwinds the contract instead; see the withdrawal instruction in the Terms of Use.
