Cancel your contract

If you are signed in, you can also cancel from the Billing page, or through the Stripe customer portal linked there. Both routes have the same legal effect as this form.

You may also declare termination or withdrawal in any other unambiguous form, for example by emailing info@finnfreeman.com.

Your declaration takes effect when you submit it. We will confirm its content, the date we received it, and the date your contract ends, on a durable medium.

An ordinary termination of a paid subscription stops the next renewal and leaves access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel through the Stripe customer portal before your trial ends, your subscription ends when the trial ends. Access continues until then, and no subscription payment is collected. This form records your declaration for support to process; it does not itself change your Stripe subscription. We confirm the contract end date in writing. Free Lite days are not a subscription: they end on their own and need no cancellation. A valid withdrawal unwinds the contract instead; see the withdrawal instruction in the Terms of Use.
